We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. Making your online shopping experience as easy as possible is our utmost priority. We are happy to accept your returns and issue a full refund of the value of garments purchased.
If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us in its original and unworn condition accompanied with original receipt, within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you the purchase price of the garment(s) to your original payment method.
Please note: Returned Item must arrive at return address provided within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, new and unused with all garment tags attached, in the branded packaging provided. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until received at the warehouse, a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed-for service and you retain proof of postage.
Refunds are for the value of the item at the time of purchase and do not include the original shipping costs. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs should you choose to return ship by your own methods. All orders must be returned with original packaging including garment bags for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Arrange a return:
1) Place the unworn merchandise in the original shipping packaging with the Fashion's Playground hangtag attached. Enclose the original order form.
2) Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Title the email Refund Request, and include a full description of the item(s) you wish to return and your order number. Include your name, order number and why the item is unsuitable. We will get back to you within two business days with return department address.
3) When returning your order, we suggest you insure the return shipment via DHL and purchase tracking services for your protection.
You are under a duty to take responsible care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed for refunds.
Please provide tracking information in the email of return/exchange request. Retain your proof of sending, in a case of dispute.
4) Once the merchandise has been received and inspected and authorized, a refund will be issued within 14 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you at this final stage.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We require 14 business days of receiving the merchandise at the warehouse to issue your refund. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
